"De-waste the Earth" - workshops for schoolchildren

Did you know that the plastic bags may be reproduced by a technique called the "plastic bag ironing", and that the product is similar to a kind of fiber? The ZMAG (Green Network of Activist Groups), the WASTE NO WASTE project partner, has some track record in educating citizens of all ages in numerous recycling and environment-protection topics. The experts of ZMAG have prepared a Workshop Programme for children which will, besides recycling methods concentrated on the plastic bags, cover the paper recycling workshops and multimedia lectures on recycling in general. The "De-waste the Earth" programme will be implemented in the interested schools located in Zagrebačka and Sisak-moslavina counties. Some workshops will be organized on the "Recycled Estate" operated by ZMAG in Vukomerić.
